Booking Policy
- Appointments are recommended to ensure availability and allow us to prepare for your visit.
- Contact Information: Please make sure your contact information (phone number and email) is accurate when booking so we can reach you if needed.
- Changes & Updates: If you need to change, cancel, or update an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Online & Prepaid Bookings: Appointments booked online or prepaid in advance may be subject to the cancellation and no-show terms listed below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that guests provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Because payment is typically collected after the service, cancellation fees may not always be charged. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability.
For appointments paid online or prepaid in advance, late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee.
Our therapists and staff reserve their time to serve you—providing notice helps us maintain a high level of service and accommodate other guests.
Our Policies
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure we can begin your appointment on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next guest at the full service fee.
- Quiet Environment: To preserve our tranquil atmosphere, please turn off your cell phone or set it to silent. Conversation volume should be kept to a minimum while in the spa.
- Children: To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that you not bring children unless absolutely necessary. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and anyone under 18 requires a parent or guardian to sign a liability waiver.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do not accept personal checks.
- Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in service prices. A 20% tip is customary. You may leave cash or add gratuity to your credit card at checkout. Tipping is not required but greatly appreciated.
- Jewelry & Valuables: Please leave jewelry and valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. If you must bring them, keep them with you at all times.
- Tailoring Your Treatment: We want your experience to be perfect—please communicate any preferences for pressure, music, lighting, table temperature, or quiet time. Your therapist welcomes all questions and feedback.
- Accessibility: Our spa is located upstairs and is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have questions about stairs, entry, or mobility access before your appointment, please contact us before booking so we can explain the location clearly.
- Health, Allergies & Pregnancy: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or if you are pregnant (we do not provide pregnancy massage during the first trimester). If you feel any discomfort during your session, notify your therapist immediately.
- Towels & Draping: We provide towels and robes to ensure your comfort. Our therapists are trained in professional draping techniques—only the area being worked on will be uncovered at any time. Thai massage is always performed fully clothed on a traditional mat.
- What to Wear: For your first visit, feel free to ask at reception or consult with your therapist about appropriate attire. We will always respect your comfort and privacy.
- Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced. They hold the value at time of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash.
